Dispatch conditions

The products are delivered all over the world.

Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Ukraine):
Standard (1-2 days)

Deliveries to foreign countries:

USA – 16 - 25 days 

Canada – 14 - 21 days 

Australia – 25 - 45 days.

Europe (excluding Germany, including UK) – 14 -18 days 

Germany – 25 - 35 days 

UK - 25 - 35 days

Worldwide delivery is carried out by Ukrposhta service and UPS/DHL. All orders are trackable.

Shipping cost is calculated at the checkout and depends on shipping courier, ordered items order weight and shipping region.

Import taxes may appear, it depends on destination country import policy.

Shipping estimates are stated from the moment package is forwarded to a courier service. Usually it takes 1-2 working days, but may take longer in some occasions. 

Delivery period

Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Ukraine) within 1-2 days, for deliveries abroad within 4-10 days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.

If payment is made using a credit card, your credit card account is debited in conjunction with the conclusion of the contract.
